CONGREGATIONAL MEETING TODAY to hear the report of the Nominating Committee for an elder-elect to to serve the remaining year of the term of an elder Jeannie Jamieson who has resigned. Nominations may be made from the floor, also. THE BIBLE STUDY GROUP will not meet this week. The next meeting will be on May 19. On May 26 a new study will begin on I Corinthians. See Laine to get your book. She has extras in case you’d like to join the study. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY On behalf of the Worship Committee we wish all our mothers a Happy Mother’s Day. MOTHER’S DAY OFFERING Since 1958, Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina have provided quality services and care for older adults throughout our state. The five retirement communities are located in Clinton, Columbia, Florence, Easley and Summerville. We will be taking up a special offering today to benefit PCSC. Please help us “carry each other’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ” – Galatians 6:2. ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING Our final total for this year was $533.00. Thanks everyone.
